Important Customer Notice Update

- The supply issue with various sized Exeter Stems, Triathlon Femur and ETS heads from Stryker UK Ltd is continuing.
- Two product codes are no longer subject to intermittent supply:
- FJT28190 – Sleeve Nail Insertion Elastic T2 Tibia Spi D8-11.
- FGJ017 – Foot Screw One Step Drill 2.2 x 22.
- 57 product codes are now affected in total and remain subject to intermittent supply.
- Medical Technology, Orthopaedic and Inventory Management teams within NHS Supply Chain facilitate weekly calls with the supplier to understand and track stock availability across the system. At a senior level across NHS Supply Chain, we are working collaboratively on the delivery of Stryker’s recovery plan.
- The team continue to monitor aged orders and consignment stock levels to reduce service impact.

- FJK613 has been delisted and is no longer available from our online catalogue.

- 28 of the previously affected codes are now available to order, which have now been removed from the latest product list.

- The supplier Stryker has informed us of a supply issue with its Trident, Accolade II, AxSOS3 and Asnis products.
- There are 84 product codes affected including the following product ranges:
508-11-xxxx, 542-11-xxxx, 6720-xxxx, 6721-xxxx, 6570-0-xxx, 2030-xxxx-1, 6260-9-xxx, 702-xx-xxx, 723-xx-xxx, 702462S, 705031S, 705043S, 705025S, 705032S. - This supply issue for Trident and Accolade II is due to increased demand and delays in the distribution network. No product or manufacture related issues have been identified.
- The supply issue for AxSOS3 and Asnis is due to 3rd party manufacturing supply challenges.
- There is intermittent supply of stock.
- The following items can be reused and kept on the instrument sets:
