We are pleased to confirm that the stock inaccuracies earlier today are now resolved.
Our IT Team will continue to monitor the service.

Our technical teams have implemented a workaround that will allow customer to order based on the stock volumes from yesterday at 5.30pm.
We are continuing to investigate the issue.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with ordering via the Online Catalogue and EDC. All items, apart from those at Alfreton and Runcorn, are currently showing as being out of stock for all users.
Our IT Teams are currently investigating and prioritising a resolution.
