Customer Webinar
Every other month we hold a customer webinar to provide our customers with updates on NHS Supply Chain projects and issues impacting the NHS. The webinars normally take place on the first Thursday of every other month at midday.
We are in the process of redesigning our Customer Webinar to ensure it provides you and your colleagues with the critical information you require on key projects underway at NHS Supply Chain, as we embark on a major transformation program. The Customer Webinar will continue to be a key forum where we will provide strategic updates aligned to our annual business plan and organisational priorities. We are currently working on how best to present the forum moving forward and the most appropriate platform to use.
As a result of these changes, the Customer Webinar scheduled for this Thursday 11 April will be cancelled. If there are any issues with this, or if you would like to raise anything, please contact Voice of the Customer Team voiceofthecustomer@supplychain.nhs.uk.
