IntraLogisteX was an event packed with everything logistics practitioners need to improve productivity, safety, maximise space and cut costs.
On 29 March Chris Holmes, Supply Chain Executive Director spoke about “Supporting the NHS to deliver its sustainability goals” in the IntraLogisteX Keynote Theatre area.
To support NHS Supply Chain’s and the wider NHS goals of achieving a net zero carbon supply chain, NHS Supply Chain has embarked on an extended trial of fully electric HGVs, delivering products from our sites to the backdoor of NHS trusts.
Chris shared an overview of the trial, learnings and next steps that will contribute to NHS Supply Chain’s sustainability goals.
