Delisting Unomedical (Convatec) Safety Subcutaneous Infusions Sets FSN343, FSN341, FSN342 and FSN344 (ICN 2496)

Change:

• The supplier Unomedical (Convatec) has informed us of a discontinuation of its Safety Subcutaneous Infusions Sets, Neria Soft 90 products.
• The four product codes affected are:
  •  FSN343 – Safety Subcutaneous Infusions Sets with Extension 27G x 6mm 110cm tube 90 degree insertion PTFE
  • FSN341 – Safety Subcutaneous Infusions Sets with Extension 27G x 6mm 60cm tube 90 degree insertion PTFE
  • FSN342 – Safety Subcutaneous Infusions Sets with Extension 27G x 9mm 60cm tube 90 degree insertion PTFE
  • FSN344 – Safety Subcutaneous Infusions Sets with Extension 27G x 9mm 110cm tube 90 degree insertion PTFE.
• Due to the transition to new Medical Device Regulations the supplier has decided to discontinue the Neria Soft 90 range.

Impact:          

• FSN343 is currently suspended and will be delisted on 11 April 2024 and no longer available to order from our online catalogue.
• FSN341, FSN342 and FSN344 are available while stocks last and are due to be delisted from our online catalogue on 31 May 2024.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for the affected products. However, some of these products may also become subject to intermittent supply with the increase in demand.
