• The three product codes affected are:
  • KFK036 – Blood Collection Support Product Adaptor
  • KFK037 – Blood Collection Support Product Holder
  • KFK907 – Blood Collection Support Product Transfer Device.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:          

• KFK907 is currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• KFK036 and KFK037 are currently subject to intermittent supply.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
• However, some of these products may also be subject to intermittent supply.
