Supply Issues B Braun Medical Ltd Moisturiser Products MRB161, MRB162, MRB698, MRB852 and MTH85144 (ICN 2521)

Change:

• The supplier B Braun Medical Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Moisturiser products.
• There are five product codes affected.
• The supply issue is due to a combination of factors: resource challenges, technical issues at the manufacturing plant and a spike in demand in the EU market.

Impact:          

• Three product codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order:
  • MRB161- Moisturiser Cream bottle 500ml wall mountable
  • MRB698 – Moisturiser Cream bottle 500ml wall mountable
  • MTH85144 – Moisturiser – Cream 20ml Tube.
• One product code is currently unavailable:
  • MRB852 – Moisturiser Cream tube 100ml fragrance free.
• One affected product code is currently subject to intermittent supply:
  • MRB162 – Moisturiser Cream bottle 100ml.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
• We are currently sourcing further alternatives and updates will be made to the product listing as soon as possible.
