Supply Issues Essity UK Ltd TENA Wash Creams GDW159 and GDW167 (ICN 2559)

Change:

• The supplier Essity UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Wash Cream products.
• The two product codes affected are:
  • GDW159 – Moisturising cream cleanser 1 litre
  • GDW167 – Moisturising cream cleanser Wash cream 150ml.
• The supply issue is due to increased demand and lead times.

Impact:          

• GDW167 which was previously communicated through ICN 2382 is suspended and unavailable to order.
• GDW159 is currently subject to intermittent supply.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.  However, some of these may also become subject to intermittent supply.

• We do not currently have a resolution date for the supply issue and will update this ICN as soon as we have further information.  We will continue to review the stock to minimise further disruption.
