Change:

• The supplier Getinge Ltd (formerly Maquet) has informed us of a supply issue with its Endoscope Bedside Kit products:
  • FAL13225 – Prefilled 500ml non-enzymatic neutral pH 7 endoscope bedside pre clean kit.
• Getinge have advised that this issue is due to a delay with the product packaging from their supplier.

Impact:

• FAL13225 is currently unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue:
  • FAL13226 Prefilled 250ml kit non enzymatic neutral pH 7
  • FAL18395 Prefilled 500ml kit non-enzymatic neutral pH 7
  • FAL13606 Prefilled 500ml kit non-enzymatic neutral pH 7.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 26 June 2024.

• The key difference on indirect alternative 1 is that the size is 250ml, but this is the same detergent as affected product FAL13225. The other potential indirect alternatives are 500ml but will contain a different detergent to affected product FAL13225.
