Supply Issues KCI Medical Limited (formerly 3M) Pressure Redistributing Support Aids (ICN 2558)

Change:

• The supplier KCI Medical Limited (formerly 3M) has informed us of a supply issue with its Pressure Redistributing Support Aid products.
• There are six product codes affected:
  • FES9910, FES9911, FES9912, FES9913, FES9914 and FES9915.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:          

• Two affected product codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order:
  • FES9914 and FES9915.
• Four affected product codes are currently subject to intermittent supply:
  • FES9910, FES9911, FES9912 and FES9913.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 28 June 2024.
