• The supplier Medicina Limited has informed us that the supply issue with some of its Syringes and Tubes is still ongoing.
• Three additional product codes are now affected:
  • FTA376 – Oral Tip Syringe
  • FTA377 – Oral Tip Syringe
  • FWM3284 – Nasogastric Feeding and Drainage Tube.
• There are nine affected product codes in total and are suspended.

• The supplier Medicina Limited has informed us that the supply issue with some of its Syringes and Tubes has improved.
• Six of the affected product codes are now available to order from our online catalogue:
  • FTA328, FWM2835, FWM3034, FWM3282, FWM3283 and FWM3284.

• The supply issue is due to component shortages.
• Due to the recent voluntary product recall, the plunger component has been manufactured with an unapproved material.
• The material that was used is safe for the intended use, however it did not meet the supplier’s raw material specification.
