• The supply issue with Hot and Cold Pack products from Meglio is improving.
• One product code is now available to order through the online catalogue:
  • ELZ215 – Single Use Cold Packs – Crack bag for INSTANT ICE PACK 13cm x 15cm.
• One product code remains suspended and unavailable to order:
  • ELZ216 – Hot & Cold Packs – Reusable 27cm x 13cm.
• One product code is now affected in total.
• A potential indirect alternative product is available to order through our online catalogue for the affected product. However, this product may also become subject to intermittent supply with the increase in demand.

• The supply issue is now anticipated to be resolved by 10 June 2024.

• The two product codes affected are:

  • ELZ215 Single Use Cold Packs – Crack bag for INSTANT ICE PACK 13cm x 15cm.
• The supply issue is due to shipping delays.

 Impact:          

• The affected product codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• Whilst we’ve been able to source potential alternative products, these are currently being uploaded to the catalogue, and will be available to order within the coming days.
