Change:

• The supplier Megilo has informed us of a supply issue with Physiotherapy framework, Hot and Cold packs.
• The two product codes affected are:
  • ELZ216 Hot & Cold Packs – Reusable 27cm x 13cm
  • ELZ215 Single Use Cold Packs – Crack bag for INSTANT ICE PACK 13cm x 15cm.
• The supply issue is due to shipping delays.

 Impact:          

• The affected product codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• Whilst we’ve been able to source potential alternative products, these are currently being uploaded to the catalogue, and will be available to order within the coming days.

• Please note they will vary in size and units of issue.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 31 May 2024.
