Supply Issues Multiple Suppliers Fixation Pants Multiple Products (ICN 2228)

Change:

• The suppliers Ontex Healthcare Ltd and Forma-Care UK Ltd have informed us of a supply issue with their Fixation Pant products.
• There are seven product codes affected:
  • CFP2004 – Fixation Pants for use with Pads without Legs XL 120-160cm Comfort
  • CFP3895 – Fixation Pants for use with Pads without Legs 3XL 160-200cm Comfort
  • CFP387 – Fixation Pants for use with Pads without Legs XL 120-150cm Basic
  • CFP238 – Fixation Pants for use with Pads without Legs Large 100-140cm Basic
  • CFP1409 – Fixation Pants for use with Pads with Legs Large 85-110cm Comfort
  • CFP2080 – Fixation Pants for use with Pads without Legs 3XL 110-210cm Basic
  • CFP232 – Fixation Pants for use with Pads without Legs Medium 80-120cm Basic.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:

• The products are now suspended and unavailable to order.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 29 August 2023.
