In late June / early July, the Voice of the Customer team will be launching a new Medical and Surgical Consumables panel, whereby you can:
- Input into frameworks to ensure that they meet your trusts / ICS’ requirements
- Have open dialogue with category managers
- Receive early informs of any emerging situations / issues
- Be informed about upcoming price increase / amendment engagement
- Continue to receive category updates (including PPE updates).

We facilitate several panels and working groups to ensure that customers’ experiences, expectations, preferences, and feedback are captured and heard. Our aim is to align closely with the NHS and our wider system partners to enable us to best meet their needs.
