Lots 1, 4, 5 and 6 of this framework starts on 18 October 2021, runs for 47 months and ends on 30 September 2025.

Lots 2 and 3
Lots 2 and 3 starts on 4 April 2022, runs for 43 months and ends on 17 October 2025.

  • Lot 2- Lockers
  • Lot 3- Racking
  • Lot 4- Outdoor Furniture
  • Lot 5- Childrens and Play Furniture
  • Lot 6- Sustainability.

The Office and Outdoor Furniture framework aim is to enhance the original offering with the inclusion of additional lots that encompass a more comprehensive range of products and suppliers, including Outdoor Furniture, Children’s and Play Furniture and a Sustainability lot.

All suppliers on our framework will offer a bespoke design and planning service to manage the requirements for each individual trust to accommodate the different areas in a busy NHS setting. Including but not limited to Materials Management storerooms, outdoor areas and many more. Suppliers will also supply and install for larger projects. The suppliers on contract have the ability to service these projects as well as have flexibility around pricing.

Sustainability
Trusts can take a more circular economy approach with our refurbishment and repair options available, that support the NHS net zero targets.

Returns
The Office and Outdoor Furniture products tend to be made to order so this makes returning products difficult. If a return is required, check if any other department within your trust can use the product. If you need further assistance, speak to the supplier to establish whether they are willing to restock the product although there may be a restocking charge involved. Suppliers will usually look to come to an amicable agreement in these circumstances.
