Category Management Service Providers Announced

NHS Supply Chain launched its procurement process for category management services last year as part of its new Target Operating Model (TOM) programme, an evolution of the existing approach.

Following a successful single procurement process that commenced in April 2022, NHS Supply Chain are proud to announce the awarding of contracts for its Food category and Facilities category (including Office Solutions).

The new contracts officially commence on 5 July 2023 and the two awarded Category Management Service Provider (CMSPs) are:

• Foodbuy Europe Limited for the Food category.
• NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) for the Facilities (including Office Solutions) category.
