Delisting Boston Scientific Ltd Perivac™ Catheter Products FRP2768, FRP2769, FRP2773 and FRP2774 (ICN 2478)

Change:

• The supplier Boston Scientific Ltd has informed us of a discontinuation with its Perivac™ Catheter products.
• There are four product codes for the two products affected:
• • FRP2768 – EP Catheters Accessories and Consumables KIT PIGTAIL CATHETER OUS
  • FRP2774 – EP Catheters Accessories and Consumables KIT PIGTAIL CATHETER OUS
  • FRP2769 – EP Catheters Accessories and Consumables KIT STRAIGHT CATHETER OUS
  • FRP2773 – EP Catheters Accessories and Consumables KIT STRAIGHT CATHETER OUS.
• FRP2773 and FRP2774 are only available to some customers.
• The supplier is discontinuing these products due to no longer distributing the items.

Impact:          

• FRP2768 and FRP2774 have been delisted and are no longer available to order through our online catalogue.
• FRP2769 and FRP2773 are due to be delisted from our online catalogue by 15 April 2024.
• There are currently no identified potential alternative products available to order through our online catalogue.
• Boston Scientific Ltd has provided customers with a letter outlining the changes which is available in our download section.
