• The supply issue of Endotracheal Tubes from Avanos has improved.
• Four product codes are now available to order through our online catalogue:
  • FDF2278, FDF2282, FDF2288 and FDF2290.
• Two of the affected product codes remain subject to intermittent supply which is expected to continue until 8 December 2023:
  • FDF2281 and FDF2283.
• Six product codes remain suspended and unavailable to order:
  • FDF2280, FDF2289, FDF2291, FDF2292, FDF2293 and FDF2295.
• Eight product codes remain affected.

• There are 12 product codes affected.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:          

• All the affected product codes are currently unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
• However, some of these products may also be subject to intermittent supply as production restarts.
• We are currently sourcing further alternatives and updates will be made to the product listing as soon as possible.
