NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first. You will be a hands-on full mix Marketing Manager developing and implementing end to end marketing campaigns.

 

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a series of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness of and preference of the organisation’s brand, products, and services. 

 

Every day you will … 

Control end-to-end campaign plans. Create the brief, coordinate planning meetings with key stakeholders, build the activity schedule, and develop innovative campaigns

Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer’s needs whilst providing insight into competitors, market trends, and industry insight

Ensure your peers within the team are fully up to date with your activities when planning strategic and tactical marketing initiatives

Use campaign performance data to help inform planning and decision-making

Undertake post-campaign research to ensure campaigns align with KPIs and to inform future workstreams

Manage multiple priorities at once whilst delivering high quality solutions against a backdrop of ambiguity and changing priorities

What skills will help you thrive in this role?

A track record of delivering marketing and communications projects and campaigns on time and in full, within budget, with measurable outcomes.

Experience in product management

Ability to challenge and influence others and move toward a common vision or goal; ability to flex style to influence a variety of senior stakeholders

Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively as well as independently 

Goal orientated, able to take on an objective and to transform it into a concrete plan

Robust understanding of different marketing channels and functions,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to get buy-in from stakeholders within the company
