GE has redefined the entire CT (Computed Tomography) experience with Revolution™ Ascend, a 75cm wide bore CT system that makes the CT process faster, more intuitive and more approachable, while also providing the image quality you expect.

GE uses an AI (Artificial Intelligence) based workflow solution, a smart user interface, cutting edge technology and access to Smart Subscription’s automatic application update to simplify, streamline and automate the entire CT experience.

• Boost your operational efficiency with workflow that becomes second nature. GE has simplified the entire CT process, end to end, so that you can benefit from easy, effortless workflow for every task.
• With the introduction of Revolution™ Ascend, GE is moving to standardise functions by embedding the same user interface (UI) as its top-of-the-line CT system. The UI features the new Clarity Operator Environment, designed with your everyday needs in mind with features like Smart Plan for an intelligent anatomy recognition and localiser setting. Additionally, auto prescription adjusts scan setup by recommending scan parameters specific to the patient, enabling desired image quality and dose performance across scans, irrespective of your expertise level.
• Revolution™ Ascend pairs a new 75cm wide gantry design with a lower table position to increase the patient area inside the bore by 22% compared to previous generation GE CT scanners. This increase provides more space to patients for a more comfortable CT scanning experience. With this new wider bore design, Revolution™ Ascend also makes CT available to larger patients as well as trauma cases that may be difficult to manoeuvre into a smaller gantry.
